The mind forms digital memories through the fives senses aided primarily with light and sound. That means even touching, tasting or smelling a physical object is compared with the past digital images stored in the mind's library.

Are you beginning to understand the relationship illusions play in our perceptions of reality, particularly as it pertains to light and sound?

Our pictures of reality produce emotions from thoughts and images connected to our nerve network in the brain's frontal lobe. We have determined our senses to be unreliable and therefore, incapable of discerning reality. But that does not prevent persons from attaching their emotional lives to these false images which ultimately produce bad attitudes and behaviors.

For example, if we are consistently angry, sad or depressed, the respective link, which is formed in the neuro network, becomes more integrated and harder to change. We eventually form a destructive long-term relationship with those emotions. The network expands and increases in more harmful behaviors the more we respond to the feelings.

On the other hand, by laughing or singing one can break connections formed in our neuro nets. These activities can excite nerve cells that serve to interrupt thoughts and break patterns of destructive behavior.

Desire is the most addictive emotion in our bodies and it is most often displayed with pictures and images. The images or imaginations are chemical sensations stored in the minds frontal lobe.

If we perceive the illusions of our thoughts to be reality, the body will shape its emotions around those beliefs. Those beliefs will create an imbalance in the body's emotional center and activates a gland called the Hypothalamus.

Our brains are the greatest pharmaceutical factories on the planet. One of the responsibilities of the Hypothalamus Gland is to assemble chemicals most closely associated with our emotional cravings. These chemicals are called peptides, which are types of amino acids.

The hypothalamus secretes chemical compounds that closely match the emotions. There are chemicals for sadness, anger, victimization, lust, depression and joy, for example.

If our brains or bodies encounter any of those emotions, the hypothalamus will manufacture a peptide to offset those feelings. It then releases those peptides through our blood stream where it enters the cells.

Picture an envelope delivered to a mailbox and inside the envelope is a letter with coded information designed to balance the cells condition. Peptides are very strong amino acids whose main function is to balance the emotional center of the organism.

Neurologists have identified a peptide called enkephalins, which is known to act as a bonding agent in opiates, such as heroin and morphine. This natural occurring peptide is released in our blood streams during a response to self- destructive stress. The mind will manufacture and release these peptides in attempt to sedate the central nervous system and prevent death.

The body's cells are designed to regenerate most effectively when the chemicals or amino acids are alkaline. Thoughts of happiness, peace and joy create the proper nutrition for healthy cell reproduction. On the other hand, sadness, anger, rage, jealousy, and depression produce acidic chemicals, which change the cells DNA structure and character.

In essence, our emotions trigger images, which produce substances, which can alter our cells. The cells form addictions to the chemicals and long-term relationships with the emotions. The body reflects the chemical it demands most often. Consuming pharmaceutical drugs weakens and eventually destroys the body's immune system. Over time, the body looses its ability to produce proper chemicals to protect its organs.

The body makes demands on the hypothalamus to supply chemicals, to match the emotions of betrayal, paranoia, physical and sexual appetites or the like. The mind does not judge the character of the person making the demand. It simply supplies the chemicals to satisfy the emotional trauma created from the first Adam's sin nature. Unless the character changes, the body and mind will be slaves to the emotions.

We can become addicted to the chemicals our body creates even if the behaviors are destructive. For example, people who view themselves as victims will invent scenarios in their mind, which eventually attract a "real life" situation, in order to produce the amino acid.

The more convinced we are of the reality from our emotions the more addicted we become to the feelings from our mind's pharmaceutical factory. Thus, our bodies become the center for decisions instead of our mind. The mind is the "drug dealer" supplying the chemicals and memories to support our addictions. Our bodies, at this point, control our appetites physically and mentally.
